John McKinley

John McKinley is a senior corporate and commercial lawyer with approximately 20 years of legal and business advisory experience. He has worked both in-house and in private practice, advising organizations ranging from large public companies to growing businesses on complex commercial, corporate and strategic matters.

His experience spans commercial contracting, technology and SaaS agreements, M&A and integration, corporate governance, privacy and cybersecurity, AI-related legal issues, regulatory compliance, and dispute management. He has advised businesses across a range of industries, including technology, telecommunications, healthcare and energy, and has supported transactions and operations in Canada, the United States, Europe and Asia.
